Your data on ScenaCare

The ScenaCare form is used to arrange a demo or discuss your project with Cats & Foxes.

Contact form information

We record your name, email address, organisation, selected field and plan, message and enquiry date. A technical identifier prevents duplicate entries if you send it again. Messages go to the shared inbox for ScenaCare, VirtualSociety and Cats & Foxes. Authorised Cats & Foxes administrators access them to respond and follow up. The information is retained for as long as needed for this purpose. The form does not subscribe you to a mailing list.

Accounts and experiences

Professional accounts provide access to experiences according to the platform's permissions. Creations, copies and sharing settings are stored in the platform database. Do not enter patient names or clinical information in experiences, account names or the form.

Technical features

The platform uses a session cookie for accounts and form protection. Form submissions are rate-limited; the network address is used for that technical purpose. No advertising tools or third-party audience tracking are enabled in this version of ScenaCare.
